Major Encounters & Tactics

Initial Deck Battle

Clear mobs quickly — watch for cannon fire that stuns or knocks back.

Some ranged enemies focus fire: Prioritize ranged attackers first.

Use CC (Crowd Control) on clustered mobs.

Mini-boss: First Mate Mak Sobo

Mechanics:

Short AoE slams — dodge backward.

Throws grenades — telegraphed by red circles.

Tip: Keep moving! He is dangerous if you stand still.

CC Windows: Stun/Knockdown during his grenade cast.

Midship Area (Wave Defense)

Defend the mast area from multiple spawn waves.

Elite Pirates will spawn — kill healers first or they'll prolong the fight.

Use party-wide AoE skills to clear mobs fast.

Watch out for cannons on the side — enemy pirates will man them!

Boss 1: Admiral’s Elite Guard (Double Elite Boss Fight)

Two strong enemies at once — Jung Hado (swordsman) and Ganbaatar (brawler).

Mechanics:

They buff each other if they are close! Separate them ASAP.

Focus DPS on one target first — usually Ganbaatar, as he buffs defense.

Key Tips:

Assign 2–3 DPS to each boss if needed.

Use taunts or threat generation to split their focus.

Interrupt heavy attacks with stun/knockdown to avoid wipe mechanics.

Final Boss: Admiral Hae Mujin

The real test of coordination.

Main Mechanics:

Cannon Barrage: Calls for shipwide cannon fire — hide behind debris or corners.

Poison Mist: Fills certain areas — stay mobile and reposition.

Grab Attack: Tries to grab the tank/main aggro. If grabbed, party must stun him immediately.

Berserk Phase (~30% HP): Enrages, dealing massively increased damage.

Fight Tips:

Positioning is critical: Always have a backup escape plan when he calls cannon fire.

Rotate CC: Save stuns/knockdowns for grab phase.

Burst DPS during Berserk phase to prevent drawn-out death.

Revive players quickly if they fall — a single death can snowball into a wipe.
