As the weekend rolls around, that means another group of Madden 21 Ultimate Legends is moving into the popular game mode. Several other former league players will be competing this Saturday, including the Steelers-styled Super Bowl champion. There's also a former NFL layoff executive who can help improve the defense of MUT squads. Here's a look at who and what is going to Ultimate Team this weekend.

Madden 21 Ultimate Legends Group Revealed

On Friday night (May 7), Twitter @EASPORTS_MUT unveiled two brand new Madden 21 Ultimate Legends. Players can shop on Saturday from Pittsburgh Steelers center-back Jerome Bettis and former NFL boss La'Roy Glover. Both players have foreground objects with an overall rating of 99.

Bettis, also known as "The Bus," is a former Super Bowl winner and three-time All-Pro who is now in the Hall of Fame. The former Steelers star earns 99 points for qualifying grip and transport, as well as 98 for carrying, 96 for acceleration and 95 for speed.

Glover, former NFC Defensive Player of the Year, took the league in 2000. The former Dallas Cowboys defensive device has, among others, 99 duels with 98 dexterity, 97 play recognition and 97 block dropping.

Bettis has already appeared in the Madden 21 Legends series with his best card with an overall rating of 89. Glover is one of the team captains players can choose for their Ultimate Team. Team captains cards can be improved by completing challenges and levels in the mode.

On Saturday, May 8th, both players will have Madden 21 Ultimate Legends. Your 99 OVR cards will likely be available after building a trading deck with other lower-rated cards they have. There will also be several new Ultimate Challenges available, in which players can earn their Power-Up items and Madden Coins.

New UL Players Take Golden Ticket Tours

New Madden 21 Ultimate Legends players will be among the last to have 99 items in MUT mode. The game has released two groups of Golden Ticket players, each with 99 OVR. The second group arrived only on May 6.

The team included defender Derek Carr, wide receiver Jalen Reagor and Grant Delpit. These tickets are available at Madden Auction but are selling at high prices, just like Bettis and Glover are due to kick off on Saturday.

In addition to the aforementioned Golden Ticket players, the first group of Titan recipients included A.J. Brown, former QB Ravens Robert Griffin III and the card that moved Bucs defender Mike Evans. All tickets are currently available in packages and listed for auction or Buy Now at Madden Auction House.
