Dude's partnered up with the team of OOTP baseball for a new game. I recommend FOF7, personally. It's blander looking but imo easier to learn and while not as in-depth as FOF8 (it's still pretty in-depth), it should be cheaper now and is a good intro into the series.

Also there's a free demo, so go try it out! You do have to change the team names yourself, and when doing the settings, put combine accuracy to 39. But other than that, it's up to you!

I played the beta. Just a recycle with a few minor changes added in that don't move the needle. Very disappointing for someone like me that only plays franchise.

I mean, you can download the new rosters on 18. Now, they will have the new my-player mode. That wasn't in the beta so I can't tell you how good it is.

one thing they did that I like is they increased the disparity between an average player and a superstar. Superstars are high 80s or so and average players are now closer to 75 instead of low 80s. I have yet to complete a season and have my first draft, but it is looking like rookies might start lower. But I do feel like all the players gain points and upgrades faster.

Had 13 seconds in a game earlier before half after being sacked, called for a spike and the quarter just ended... I was on the 11 yard line and they just took 13 seconds off the clock for me to spike it... It doesn't take that long to spike a football...

Came here hoping to solve the same issue. Instead of a 50 sec play clock you are in the huddle with 25 seconds. Gives you about 10 seconds to call a play and 10 seconds to get set up, so 5 seconds for hot routes. Frustrating Hey guys I was wondering if I could get some help here. QB1 was false advertising. I expected a story mode and basically all you get is a alternative franchise player start with a terrible story that has pointless characters and sub plots that go no where. It takes like an hour or two to beat depending on quarter length for the college games.

It’s a 60 dollar game I paid 100 dollars for a year of premier and I got madden with early access and tried a bunch of other games that would have cost way more money. Honestly if you have a PC download a PS2 emulator and play 2k5. Its so much better than Madden, and has so many more features for a game made in 2005.

Probably because saw people doing that last year to make easy tokens for packs. Now they want to make sure that you have to get real cards and not buy training cheap and use cheap PU to be put into exchange sets for higher OVR cards and make coin from it.

EA has made M20 skill gap increase in general with controller changes but now they are going to make it more difficult to make coins meaning you buy packs or you lose. M20 is EA Sports its in your wallet.

How does one acquire a power up pass? Can you get them doing challenges? In packs? Specifically looking for the 86-88 power up pass, any help is appreciated... still learning. Trying to upgrade Julio’s PU card but don’t want to spend 120k in the AU obviously.

I don't believe the 87-88 pass is available at all yet (added that column as a placeholder for when we get it), but the rest you get from leveling up.

How do i get powerup passes? I saw a response that said "leveling up", but which challenges specifically contain powerup passes as rewards? does anyone know? thanks in advance.

There aren't challenges specifically as far as I know, but you get them as you gain Madden 20 new skill levels. I think level 10 is the first one.
