Playoffs ended at the Madden 20 coins
You know it’s just a video game when the Cowboys make it to the divisional round. It's characteristic of the Cowboys to make the divisional round and then lose.2014 playoffs ended at the Madden 20 coins divisional round for me. Nothing happened after. Absolutely nothing. No no it's more characterstic of the cowboys to make the divisonal round and then lose to the Green Bay Packers. But that would mean Rodgers once again has to play away.It might not be the super bowl but Rodgers and brady in the same playoff game would be hype.I mean the super bowl is in Tampa this year so it’s basically a mini Super Bowl.
East coast instead of west this time though, I like those odds.
And in his limited trips to Tampa he's struggled quite a bit. They are the definition of cheese. But the packers have that one play RPO peek zone bubble, which is OP af.They lost the Championship game 17-7. They only did 5 minute quarters though, which renders the entire thing void imo.The whole thing means nothing anyway, it’s madden. This game could be the star of a show called "Games I don't care about"See, heres the problem. 5 secs left at the 30 yard line down 3 points? No one is throwing that ball behind the line to gain. Its a FG for OT.. Not a very good simulation with playing like that.
Oh they finished thesimulation? It's weird how every game was so low scoring. No way are the scores going to be that low. That's unrealistic. It's because for some reason they have like 5 minute quarters. I thought simulation would, you know, simulate a real game?A game of madden is designed to be played in about an hour. 5 minute quarters does that and you end up with realistic scoring. My son played 15 minute quarters the other day and the game took forever with the final score was like 83-56.
If I am playing in franchise mode, I cannot insert an OL for a receiver. Hell, I cannot put a WR at TE. So then why is this a thing in MUT?
Follow up question to EA people we know are on Reddit. As a franchise player, To play Madden comments, much less say spend additional money in that mode?
I don't play any iteration of "ultimate team" either, so this is new to me as well. I mean it could be fun if you were messing around with your friends, but to allow it in competition seems a bit ridiculous.
Why would you be kicked for changing a players position.. I we do it in our CFM. Like changing a RG to RT.. I don't get what the problem with that is?I was referencing turning OL into like 39 OVR receivers and doing a Run Only offense. Switching positions along lines is no issue.
The only one I would ban would be WR to TE, just because the game's AI can't seem to handle this. In my CFM I moved FSU WR Tamarrion Terry to TE, the result was something on par with Gronk going Highlander on Kellen Winslow.
I'm of the mindset there's a counter for everything, even within Madden's annual flaws and limitations, If someone wants to put a WR at TE that weakens their ability to run the ball effectively making them closer to being one dimensional as does moving an OL to WR and so forth and so forth. I would prefer a more wide open Madden flavoring the likes of NCAA 14, bring back NFL Head Coach/create plays and formations and allow us to move players around closer to how they're used in reality, this would truly make Madden a sim game, and we could have honest talks on who's worthy of playing in a madden tournament and who's not.
The notion of moving a WR to TE and thinking one would have any real advantage to me is being overblown, if that WR lines up in-line to block he's getting smoked so 9 times out of 10 he's releasing regardless of where's he lined up, treat him like a WR and put a DB on him, and there are some formations like nickel 3-3-5 that allow you to put DB at LB so you can counter such an action.
