Love everything about Buy OSRS gold but the combat
I've switched to twisted leagues since release. It's fun even though I've not been on Zeah before.Love everything about Buy OSRS gold but the combat.
It's extra content, it's things to do, goals to aspire towards, new features to embrace and work into the way you play, but all of that is brushed under the carpet because of posts like this.Be disappointed with it, be unhappy, ask for them to switch their focus anywhere, that's fine, but don't speak for everyone and say "no one asked for this" - you don't speak for anyone but yourself.
Most players do not get 99s, and most players especially do not get 120s. jagex is only targeting veterans with this content, as they're the only players actually staying besides whales.Yea, obviously. It is the veterans who complain about the lack of content and patch weeks lmao. New players have a fuck ton of content to play.
Completely agree. Starting my ironman has been more fun than my main since I get to experience the new content at a good point where it is still valuable (as opposed to being maxed and having no real gain from it other than trying it out).
99 Magic takes 6 hours if you already have the experience and knowledge on what to do.To get from 1 to 99 in only 6 hours seems otherworldly. You'd need to be getting over 2 million xp per hour spent starting from level one magic? Sure, killing Trolls in Burthorpe dungeon is like 2 million xp/hr last I checked.
Even less go for 120s. Especially something like farming and herb.. it's for a very very very small portion of the player base. Not something the game needs right now. Huge mistake.yup. i'm comped on rs3 with multiple 120's past the required ones, maxed on OSRS, and almost maxed on my HCIM on rs3 and even i realize this. they're out of touch with their players.
Even a lot of veterans like myself arent max. I've been playing since 2003. Breaks inbetween obviously. I had small spurts of hardcore playing here and there. I have like 12ish 99s? I'd have to double check. And like 110ish combat stats, 114 slayer, ect. But all of that was over a very long period of time, taking my time doing all of it and not being obsessed with efficiency by any stretch. I maybeeee play 10 hours a week on average but have been taking a break the past couple months or so since there hasnt been anything all that new and exciting that I wouldnt have to grind for dozens of hours to get to.
Even fo some major engine work so future content isnt such a nightmare to create. Because let's be real, runescape should in theory be rather easy to develop for and yet they have a much harder time with the simplest of things then even the biggest games out there. once the game is up to date and consistent from start to finish, then you can press forward with faarrrr end game content like 120s.
You can check these things. Look the highscores lol. It's a very very very small fraction of the player base. You're using your own anecdotal evidence. Your personal experience is not valid here. Jagex themselves have stated as much. They said on a livestream during runefest that the only 99 that almost half of current players have is constitution. The reddit community might be coloring your perception of the average rs player.
Reddit community? I look around when I'm playing, you're making a lot of assumptions bud. People have multiple accounts and bots are taken into that metric. That may be, but then the statistics become muddy again since bots reach 99s in gathering skills very quickly and usually aren't caught until well afterwards.
I'm taking an official statement from Jagex over random samples of players Osrs new mods that I see running around Prif or the GE.I haven’t played rs3 in quite a while. Is that really true, going from 1-99 is only 6 hours? The highest xp rate I remember getting at level 98 was something like 100k/hr.
I dunno about the 6 hours thing but for years you could start getting 130k-210k exp at exiled kalpite guardians with a safespot. Can go there reasonably early too.
I know several players without any 99s at all. And if by 6 hours you mean about 30, yeah. 99 Magic doesn't take that long to achieve but it doesn't mean everyone is going to do it. The average player has their stats in the mid 80s.
Thought that was the most common shared 99, which means roughly 50% of the current playerbase don't have any 99s, including constitution which is the most common.
That means the other 50% some may only have const, others may have multiple and a portion of those are maxed.
Just because it's the most common shared 99 doesn't mean it's everybody's first 99. If 50% have constitution maxed then they either have or are extremely close to having multiple 99's, I always thought the untrimmed hp cape was more uncommon than the trimmed version? Hp certainly wasn't my first 99.
I would say the reason it's the most common is because so many skills feed into it but it's generally not your first 99.I find this so hard to believe but I think being near maxed since 06 and high end clanning in 05 skewed my opinion. I really haven't played actively since 2010 but I see the xp rates people talk about now and just how are they struggling to hit 99? I'm not doubting I just don't get what they're doing wrong if they actually play.
Vets who say RS3 needs more content are living in an echo chamber. I'm saying this as someone with 9 skills at 120 (which to most of this game's caustic community is nothing much). What people don't seem to understand is that very few players even make it to max cape. You read that right. Most people are not maxed.
If you put 2000 hours into rsgoldfast people would call you a professional player. Earning a max cape, which is only 375 million xp, takes 2500 to 3000 hours of pure grinding. That does not include making the 300m or so it costs to max, decking yourself out in PvM gear and doing all the task sets and quests required to get to where most vet players already are. But sure, 120 herblore , a skill most people don't even want to train to 96 for overloads, should definitely be 120.
